Motorized frameless panels, remote-operated
VertiFlex automatic guillotine window
Frameless glass panels glide vertically open and closed by remote, in two, three or four panels. The view stays panoramic; the weather stays outside when you want it to. Single or double glass.
Three modes: open, ventilation, closed
Bioclimatic Pergola
A louvered aluminium roof with three modes: open to the sky, angled for ventilation, or closed against the rain. The blades are insulated, and you can glaze the sides in for shoulder-season shelter.
Snow-load roof, double glazing, year-round
Premium Veranda
The genuine winter garden. A snow-load-rated roof with double-glazed enclosure and heating, built for above-normal climates and proven across the Baltics and Eastern Europe. Leave it open in summer; close it for a room you use through the coldest months.

We engineer for the weather you actually have: snow that has to be held, or sun that has to be tamed.
Russia is not one climate, and one glazing system was never going to cover it.
In the north, the question is winter: a room that stays warm while snow sits on the roof and the view stays open. In the south, the question is the opposite: shade, breeze and shelter so the open air is livable from spring through autumn.

Glass winter gardens
North
A true year-round room, built for more than fair weather. The Premium Veranda carries the snow load, closes with double glazing and takes heating, so the garden holds through January and the view never closes. This is the one system we call a winter garden, and we mean it.
Premium open-air living
South
Here the work is light, air and shelter. A bioclimatic pergola tilts its blades for shade or opens to the sky; sliding glass and the AirFlex windbreaker hold back wind and sudden rain. This extends the season rather than sealing in a winter room: the warm evenings most people give up, kept on your terms.

How we work
One team, from first sketch to first season
Consult
We start with the space and the seasons you want back. Sun, rain, snow, and which Albert Genau system answers them. You leave with a clear direction, not a brochure.
Measure
We come to the site and measure to the millimetre. Openings, loads, levels, the way light moves across the day. Every figure that the fabrication will depend on, taken in person.
Engineer
We turn measurements into a buildable design. Spans, fixings, drainage, snow-load on the Veranda roof, the motor run for VertiFlex. Then a fixed, itemised proposal, with no surprises later.
Fabricate
We fabricate to the engineered drawings on Albert Genau systems. Profiles, glass and hardware specified for your climate and cut for your openings. Built once, built to fit.
Install & service
We install on site and commission every moving part: louvres, panels, glazing, controls. Then we stay reachable for service, so the system keeps working season after season.
